Expedition Services Within Indonesia

- Lion Parcel is our expedition partner for the Indonesian region.
- Deliveries are processed on Monday-Saturday.
- We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- All orders with confirmed payments before 16.00 WIB will be processed on the same day.
- Free shipping for Java and Bali.
- Shipping costs outside Java and Bali are calculated in kilograms which we informed on the checkout page.
- We will send a receipt via email one day after payment is received.
- Jabodetabek area estimated delivery: 1-3 working days.
- Other regions in Indonesia, estimated delivery: 2-5 working days.
- Delays are beyond our control and responsibility, but we will do our best to assist you when enquiring about the expedition services.
- Your order should arrive within 5 working days from the date of payment.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please immediately contact hello@tulisan.com with your order #ID-Number so that we can process it to the expedition.
- For damaged or lost goods during delivery, we will replace them with new ones (if there are still stocks available), other items with the same value, or a full refund.
- We try to minimize errors, but should an error occur in delivery, please see our Returns Policy’s page.
- All goods are sent based on confirmed orders with the buyer's awareness in choosing products on our website.
- Only available at our boutique Darmawangsa Square, Ground Floor #24.
- Pickup in-store hours are 14:00 WIB Monday to Saturday.
- Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive and show it to our sales associate.
- For international shipments, we use certified mail service, by EMS (Express Mail Service) Pos Indonesia & TIKI International Shipping.
- For Singapore and Malaysia, you can order directly on our website and the shipping cost is calculated in kilograms which we inform you on the checkout page.
